The shade is exactly what I wanted, it is light and ashy and looks so natural. She explained everything she was doing step by step which made me feel at ease, and explained where she was using a low volume bleach and where a higher one, and this experience is so appreciated as my hair still feels healthy even after having a million foils on my head! If you want blonde hair that LOOKS and FEELS amazing I highly recommend Anthea!
