Lorraine was professional, punctual, and really did her best work on my highlights. It was my first time getting any color, let alone blonde. I love my color! I had it done the Sunday before last for the second time by Maria-Blair Serrano and she is truly talented -- I am so happy I have found my new colorist. I am very particular and precise about what I want, I have been coloring my hair for 30+ years. Maria listens very carefully and takes the time to understand what you want the end result to be. She is thoughtful and deliberate, and it's obvious that she really enjoys her work and cares about her clients.
