I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was open, honest, and clear, with realistic expectations discussed upfront. My hair’s health and scalp comfort were always the top priority, and everything was done gently with no pulling or trauma from extensions or color. The extension hair was carefully matched to my natural color, making the result seamless and invisible. I felt genuinely cared for and highly recommend her to anyone with fine or thinning hair who values hair integrity and expert work.

Kyana has been doing my hair for 4 years now so there has to be a reason for that longevity, right?!? Well let me tell you - she is simply the best! She’s talented, always up-to-date on the latest education and trends, honest, and incredibly sweet. I went to her with sad, damaged hair begging for help before my wedding day and now get complimented almost daily by complete strangers on it. The salon is adorable and so comfortable and welcoming and the other artists are just as personable, sweet, and talented! Unless she fires me for over sharing or changing my mind too much, I’m hooked!
