Brilliant as always. I went to Karen with not much hair after having badly fitted extensions. The colour wasn't the best either. After my third visit, my hair is thicker and the colour is just what I wanted. If root smudge and all the new terms confuse you and you just want some good old highlights this is definitely the salon for you. Can't recommend them enough.

I had never been to this salon before but was really pleasantly surprised. I had Laura this afternoon and she was incredible. She tidied up my hair and took a lot of the weight out. My hair looks very glossy now. Would highly recommend this salon.

Consultation, patch test and strand test by Sophie was done with thorough professionalism. Natalie did my Balayage. She was amazing from the start. She explained all the steps and answered all my questions in a most accurate and helpful way. I got it done for the first time, was bit nervous but their support was reassuring. Rachel and Liv contributed too and they were very approachable and friendly. They did a great job. Will go there again next time. Thank you 😊

Ebony was amazing as always.. arrived with red hair and left a beautiful brunette with some highlights. hair feels amazing. Was very worried about the hair colour stripping process but Ebony kept me reassured and the results were incredible. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience yesterday with Adam. Highlights were perfect just how I wanted them. He was very professional, his customer service towards the clients was amazing and he was so polite and well mannered. Nothing was to much trouble. Also a young girl who I believe is an apprentice there was so willing to learn and hung on his every word when he spoke and guided her in the right direction. I will definitely be back for this service with Adam and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a great team member and asset. Many thanks Adam I love it.
