I had 24 inch extensions fitted by Nik and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Because my natural hair had highlighted tips, he had to custom colour match the extensions to blend seamlessly with my own hair and he absolutely nailed it. I genuinely cannot tell where my natural hair ends & the extensions begin. The blend is flawless and the finish looks so natural and full. He took so much care with the colour match and placement, and the overall result is just beautiful. I’ve had so many compliments already! Thank you so much Nik! I’m super happy with my hair & will definitely back

All day since having my hair done I have felt a million dollars. Iv had a nap, been to the gym and still my hair looks super cute, healthy and just perfect. The blowdry is curly, volume is and makes me look super chic. The highlights are so natural and lowkey I feel girly and pretty but not overdone. My hair has been trimmed too and he's not taken loads off so listened to my exact request. Niko is honestly the best most skilled hair stylist. I trust him with my locks and that's massive for me!!! Love you 🩷👑

This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

Absolutely 5* experience from start to finish. Having had a really unpleasant experience and major issues with my colour from another salon I was a bit nervous but there was no need. Nik spent time to consult with me and explained everything as he carried out a full colour correction, I felt reassured and am over the moon! Thank you 🙏🏾🫶🏽

Michelle was an absolute delight! Friendly, warm, funny! It had been a long time since I last had a haircut and she made me feel so at ease and I adore my new hair do (new french bob with balayage). Would recommend definitely Michelle and GracieB!

After being nominated by my cousin for one of the Random Acts of Kindness blow-dries, I had my appointment with Bethan yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt like pure luxury. Bethan is incredibly warm and friendly, and the care she puts into everything she does really shines through. I was lucky enough to have a random acts of kindness blow dry with Bethan and she was excellent! She even accommodated my 3 month old baby sitting on my lap whilst having it done and he fell asleep to the sound of the hairdryer! Thank you for a lovely relaxing appointment 🥰

Sophia was excellent and really took the time and care to do my hair in the best way possible. I felt very well looked after. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She styled my hair in a way that really suited my face shape and I really appreciated her taking the lead when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had.
