I had my balayage appointment today and I absolutely loved the result! Shannon did my hair, and she was amazing from start to finish, so friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The colour turned out beautifully blended and natural, exactly how I imagined. The whole experience was relaxing, and I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Shannon if you’re looking for a perfect balayage!

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. My colour needed a refresh and Zahra was able to offer an experienced eye to update it and synchronise it with previous balayage. She managed to fit in additional lighter foils for face framing in addition to taking the darker colour through the length in portions to unify this and I am so pleased with the result. Her professionalism and attention to detail shone through and I'm really glad I chose her. Thank you 🙏

Went in to get foils done and toner loved it the girls and archie were so welcoming as usual i enjoy my time there evertime i go loved the colour my hair turned out today thanks so much 💕

Alexis is amazing! She's been cutting my hair for a couple of years and yesterday we did my first balayage. I've never dyed my hair before so was slighly apprehensive but I was definitely in safe hands, and so happy with the result. Thank you !!!

Ettie saved my hair. I came to her after a previous hairdresser botched my blonde and left me with a block yellow orange colour. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me the most beautiful, natural vanilla blonde balayage. You are in safe hands with her.

The experience was excellent. I was offered a drink after a warm welcome, then given a consultation for my haircut, then got a top tier trim. On top of that I was offered a fragrance profiling, and given some excellent advice. Will definitely return.

Sophie (Amelia) is AMAZING. I had a balayage and cut today and it looks absolutely incredible. She is extremely talented and I have absolute confidence in her colouring my hair. I am so happy with her work and would 100% recommend her. She is also just a really lovely lady too 🩷

I’m really happy with my hair! Katie is a perfectionist and wanted to get it right after I wanted a change from balayage to a full root coverage. She is a grafter and never stops on her shift. All the staff are lovely and friendly, always having a laugh. I would definitely recommend!

Sarah did my hair today, my hair was blonde with gold and light brown stripes, I asked her to change my base to dark brown with blonde highlights,she did a fantastic job , she is so good, I love my hair 😊
