Great experience. Sophie really listened to my very vague (and probably confusing!) explanation of what I wanted and somehow brought it to life perfectly. This was a big change from my usual high-maintenance highlights, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I came in for my appointment this morning craving a change. I've had light blonde highlights for a while and wanted to break it up a bit. Emma suggested bringing some brown through my hair and using a darker blonde toner. I am absolutely in love with my hair. Emma is amazing and knows her stuff. Thank you for making me feel a million dollars

I found Bottega Lounge on Instagram and I'm so glad I did! Sophie & the team are so lovely and it's such a beautiful relaxing environment. I had my colour done here last week (full head of highlights/balayage) and I had tape extensions fitted today for thickness too. I'm so thrilled with the results and have already begun recommending my friends & family. So so so happy I found this place - I'll defo be back again and again.

The girls at no 53 are always so friendly and professional. They always ask what I would like and talk me through the process to make sure I am happy. I’ve had face frame +, copper hair , highlights and a other few treatments. Recommend all x

Always the best service at Bottega Lounge, ALL the girls are so lovely and welcoming, which creates such a great atmosphere in the salon! 🫶🏼 Becca is a balayage queen, I’m always so happy with the results every time she works her magic on me! A weekly (more or less) blow dry with Sophie has become a non-negotiable for me, she is a dream and amazing at what she does!

I had a full head of balayage done by Emma, I am so happy with the results!! Emma is so knowledgeable within the hair industry and she really took her time to do my hair and go through all the treatments with me. I am so happy with my hair and would definitely recommend Emma to my family/friends! Xxxx

I had an appointment with Lotte who was great. I had a nightmare journey (2.25 hours instead of 30 mins) and she was so accommodating, as were the other staff even offering to grab me some food. I had fallen out of love with my hair due to another salon messing the colour up. Lotte worked her magic, taking my hair back to my natural colour with a few highlights and has a plan to get me back to a blonde I love. Highly recommend the services and the beautiful calm salon environment xXx

Katie as always gave me a great cut and like all the staff there is so friendly. The staff genuinely seem very happy at the salon, it has a lovely atmosphere.
