I recently came to Sammy for highlights after being dark for a while. Having had a bad experience before at another salon I was super nervous but Sammy was so reassuring and made the experience so lovely. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Visited the salon today always a clean and welcolming greeting from Sam . She gave highlight and a cut and finish . I am very happy with this and will be back at the end of August for a wash and finish to go to a evening wedding réception ‘Sam you made me feel a million dollars xx

Had Lauren do my hair today and I’m extremely happy with the results! It was a long appointment as I was having a very outgrown Balayage redone along with root smudge as recommended by Lauren and then my extensions refitted and cut. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing to get them results. Will definitely be booking with her again for my next appointment. Thank you so much :)

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
