I always have a fantastic experience at this salon with Isla. She is kind, attentive and very skilled. I had a balayage yesterday and after going home was a little unhappy with lighter colour just on a small strand of hair at the front. This was sorted out by Isla the next morning without a fuss and without being made to feel like a nuisance, and I am very happy with the result.

Marta is lovely, she helped me decide on what type of highlights I would like for my hair, did that perfectly and when I needed it cut, she cut it exactly as I described, even with my bad description skills 😭😂 I would recommend Marta to anybody who goes to this salon, she is living proof that experience does not define you as long as you have the knowledge. Brooke was incredible!!! I dyed my hair for the first time and got a balayage I was so nervous but she knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit me. She smashed it! I’m in love with my hair and can’t believe it’s my own hair! Thanks so much Brooke, highly recommend!

Emma is Amazing...when I first went to her years ago my hair was so thin and short the sides didn't grow... my hair is healthier and thicker and Emma always does a fantastic job im always please with my highlights and toner and always cuts ✂️ the amount I've asked for, always leave 😊 happy.

I had such an amazing experience with Donnie and Maddy! My hair is very thick and quite sensitive, so I’m always a little nervous, but they were both incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Donnie did a fantastic job with my highlights — the color is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Maddy was wonderful with the blow dry, making sure to be extra gentle while still leaving my hair smooth and styled beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the care they showed. Highly recommend them both!

Had a lovely hair pamper today with Claudia. She did an amazing job of highlights, toner and finish with a great cut. So glad I used this salon for the first time as will be back as a regular.

Visited the salon again today had Louise she’s absolutely amazing I leave it all in her hands to do my hair. She done revive package highlights root colour toner trim style and everyone has commented on my hair saying it looks really nice it’s the second time I’ve had Louise and I’ll Defoe be going back

I'm never disappointed with my hair when done by Zoe, hence why she's been my colour tech for nearly 20 years. I've always had positive hair comments on the colour/balayage too.

This place is a hidden gem of a hair salon in Crawley! Such a warm, welcoming, and kind environment. It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere was so positive, and so were the staff. I was given a great haircut by Nora and really enjoyed the experience, especially with a lovely cup of coffee. Will definitely visit again — thank you!

Simona is a very experienced hairdresser. She is friendly and kind. She tints + Highlights my hair perfectly, her hair cuts are amazing quite honestly, and she does the most perfect blow-dry. I would recommend anybody to go to her for their hair service. Thank you again, Simona! 🩷👑😇
