This was my first time having my hair done with Jessi, but it was such a lovely experience. She, and everyone else in the salon, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jessi listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and styled it lovely. I left there feeling so confident and beautiful with my hair! I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
