Victoria is fantastic and cut snd colour. As my hair changes with age she is helping me to blend in silver and understand how we can keep a lot of dimension along with enjoying the sparkle. I so appreciate the time she takes to consult with me and refine the shape of my very fine hair. I am looking and feeling great knowing my hair looks good even if wind blown. I had a truly wonderful experience with Neva! I was welcomed upon entry and we discussed what my hair needed! After agreeing to a Rosemary Treatment, we immediately got started! There were no double and triple bookings like most hairdressers do so I got the true VIP treatment! After the treatment, Neva blow-dried and did another assessment then she straightened, trimmed and styled my hair! I left with healthier, bouncy curls and will return in a few weeks to repeat the procedure!

There are hairdressers, and then there’s Franca. From the moment you arrive, she creates a warm, welcoming experience that feels truly special. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in everything from cutting to colour theory, and somehow always understands exactly what I’m envisioning. We discuss realistic goals, and she consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. She’s talented, intuitive, and a genuinely beautiful human. When I move across Canada, I’ll still be flying back for my cut and colour, that’s how exceptional she is.
