My experience with Bree was so amazing! Since moving to Ottawa in January I hadn’t been able to find a stylist who I could trust. I am very picky about my hair and Bree killed it! I am so happy with the result. The salon was beautiful and clean!

It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My DD had a her first partial highlight/balayage hair appointment. Breanna was super sweet, professional, and did a fantastic job my DD’s hair. The result was exactly what she was looking for. My DD is gleaming. We’ll definitely be back to see Breanna again.

Just wow! Emily did a fantastic job! I absolutely love it! Got a great fresh cut, foils, bangs, and I feel so much better. Come on Spring! 💐The salon is so welcoming! Mickayla was awesome , she really understood what i wanted to do with my hair… brought my vision to life. I m a south asian girl with dark black hair… she had successfully given ash blonde highlights to my hair …LOVE the colour i got on my hair …. 100% recommend her… she was very paitent & very passionate about her work. Mckayla is fantastic!! She actually gets it and hears me. She gives me exactly what I want and when I walk out of the salon, I feel like a better version of me. :) . Highly recommend anyone go see her if you want blonde highlights or a colour correction.

I saw Jacqueline for a full head of highlights, cut and style. She’s fun to talk to and knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair. She even took the time to show me how to style my new chopped bob, which I really thought was above and beyond. The salon atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I went to this nail salon simply based on reviews and they don’t lie! The staff is so sweet and kind. They walked me through all their services and let me take my time in deciding what I wanted. Ityalso one of the cleanest nail salon. The ambiance is second to none to nail salons in Ottawa and the artists are very talented!!

Second time booking with Tatyana for a curly cut and decided to do something fun. We did foils and decided to lighten my hair and I am beyond obsessed! Gaelyn did an absolutely amazing job on my manicure! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in her work. She was gentle, professional, and made sure every nail was perfectly shaped and polished. The whole experience was relaxing, and I felt genuinely pampered from start to finish. I had such a wonderful experience with Amy at Mane West Salon in Stittsville! She transformed my washed-out blonde into the most beautiful, rich dimensional brunette, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The colour is vibrant, natural, and full of depth, and my hair looks incredibly healthy and shiny. Amy also gave me a fantastic haircut with so much movement, it feels lighter, looks fuller, and styles beautifully. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. And I have to mention the scalp massage! Amazing!

Courtney and her team are amazing. They all work so hard and won’t let you leave without your hair being perfect. Courtney is so dedicated to her work and consistently gives amazing service. I would highly recommend this salon. It’s definitely one of the best in all of the Ottawa area.

Makayla did a fantastic job on my foils and haircut! Not only is she super friendly and pleasant, she is also very knowledgeable. Makayla listened to my ideas, offered input, and checked in throughout the appointment to ensure we were on the same page. She knew just what I had envisioned, and executed the cut and colour seamlessly. I look forward to my next appointment with her!
