Phoebe is calm and makes the appointment feel warm amd friendly from the get go. She cut a fringe that required some skills and nailed it. My hair feels loved and looks exactly how I hoped it would!

I've been seeing Phoebe for years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Every appointment is such a great experience from the moment I arrive. Phoebe is so welcoming, professional, and always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. My hair always looks and feels amazing, and I constantly get compliments after every visit. She consistently delivers incredible results while making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Syd was absolutely lovely from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so welcome and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She talked me through all the pros and cons, which made me feel confident that we were making the right decisions together. The whole appointment was so relaxing, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. I left absolutely in love with my haircut, and Syd was the ultimate hype girl, making me feel so confident and excited about the final result. I’ve been seeing Phoebe for a couple of years now and she is well and truly the best in the biz! I always walk away super happy with my hair. She provides a thorough consultation at the start of the appointment, and even offers her advice on what she thinks will look best. Also love the cheeky glass of wine and popcorn – it’s the little things!

Syd has been doing my hair for over 5 years and she’s the ONLY ONE I TRUST! I get barbie blonde, usually a scalp bleach, and her work is flawless. She always makes sure I am 100% happy and the whole experience is a delight. Highly highly recommend.
