Ava was amazing! From consultation to appointment. I've box coloured my hair for a while and it needed some life. Fully got my brief and I felt totally pampered from start to finish. Love the outcome. Balayage is gorgeous and have already booked for my root touch ups in 6 weeks.

Today I had a cut and blowdry with Phoebe. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon which is just on the ring Road in Stourbridge. Phoebe and Tom are so welcoming and they know what they are talking about when it comes to hair. My hair looks and feels fantastic. Thank you so much. See you in January 😊

This was my first visit to salon and my hairdresser was Regan. She understood exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased with my blonde highlights. She was very friendly too and my whole experience was exceptional. I have rebooked and will be looking forward to my next appointment. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended 😊

Attended salon for skin test and initial consultation as a new client . I was warmly greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful . After having a consultation with Regan I have an appointment booked with her in 2 days for highlights and I am really looking forward to it 😊
