Having had a bad experience before at another salon I was super nervous but Sammy was so reassuring and made the experience so lovely. Absolutely love L.E.V hair and beauty i go for my nails eyebrows and hair wouldn't trust anyone else now. I have beening going there since the shop opened. They do a fantastic job on all the things I get done can't recommend them enough. Best place in leicester the team there have become family to me.

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Had Lauren do my hair today and I’m extremely happy with the results! It was a long appointment as I was having a very outgrown Balayage redone along with root smudge as recommended by Lauren and then my extensions refitted and cut. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing to get them results. Will definitely be booking with her again for my next appointment. Thank you so much :)
