My experience with Tanya and her amazing colleague who washed my hair/massaged scalp was 1st class as always. Unfortunately the app allowed me to make an appt for highlights which I then found out once I got there that I wasn't able to do today because I havnt had a skin test. So 0 out of 10 for the app and 30 out of 10 for Tanya and gang as usual.

Anna is amazing at what she does. She always takes the time to listen to what I want, gives great advice, and my hair looks amazing every time I leave. She's so friendly and easy to chat to, making every appointment feel more like catching up with a friend than just getting my hair done. I always leave feeling so much more confident, and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough.

A beautiful environment with a really friendly and welcoming team. Becca did an amazing job with my reverse balayage. She discussed which colours she would use showing me samples of the colours and the final result was really good. Slightly disappointed that my hair was only roughly dried and turned frizzy as soon as I got outside. Maybe there was some cross communication at the point of booking as I thought styling after was included as this was not mensioned when booking.

Fabulous first visit to Alchemy with lovely Keeleigh today and I can’t recommend her enough! Since moving to the area in 2018, I’ve struggled to find someone I’ve been particularly happy with to do my colour. Keeleigh really took the time to understand my requirements specially now I’m turning grey and don’t always have a lot of time to visit regularly. She suggested a balayage which she executed brilliantly and I’m so pleased with the natural results. Great haircut too. Alchemy is a friendly, welcoming salon and I really enjoyed the weighted blanket and delicious fruit water and coffee too!
