I have had professional massages at several different places in the past. Believe me when I say that this was the best experience I’ve had! Everything was just so smooth and effortless. I felt comfortable physically and mentally and was able to just genuinely relax which is something I struggle with. I could feel the tension leave my body. Can’t thank you enough!

Second time with Mike, & after each visit so far, I’ve felt well enough to do small tasks I normally physically can’t do. The ease in muscle tension is noticeable in my sleep afterwards, I feel better upon waking, more rested, & the days after are very productive! This is huge for me as my cervical & lumbar spine issues limit my activities greatly. Very knowledgeable with tons of info on general wellness. Thank you, Mike!

Rena is very kind and generous with her care. She will focus on your needs each visit. The MLD has helped me with headaches and sinus congestion. Also helps with my leg pain and numbness. So many other things have improved with each session.

Mike is awesome at his job. I'm in a wheelchair and after his massages I can walk by myself for about 48 hours. With eachmassage my knee and hip are getting better.

Rena is AMAZING! I recently had liposuction, and my body was swollen and bruised, but this lymphatic massage really helped with the drainage, bruising, and pain. The massages have really helped with the healing process of Lipo Rena has a soft touch, and the massage leaves me so relaxed and feeling wonderful. Rena is the best. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Regular MLD massages with her have helped alieiviate swelling in my ankles/legs, and has helped with better sleep and has improved digestive concerns.
