Came in with terrible neck pain and was treated to the most wonderful therapeutic massage with Lauren. Wish I was staying longer to return for another! Hope to visit Topsail again soon so I can return!

By far, the best massage I’ve ever had! Almetris is AMAZING! I booked an hour and a half massage with hot stones and deep tissue. Almetris suggested adding cupping to enhance the hot stones/deep tissue, and I’m so glad she did. These add ons were the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the stretches which were an additional perk that aren’t typical of most massages. Finally, I love that the Healing Hippie is just down the road from me. I’ve lived in Hampstead 16 years, and it is so nice not to have to drive into Wilmington for a great massage!

I've probably had close to fifty deep tissue massages over the past few years from different therapists around the Raleigh area before recently moving to Hampstead. Lea is hands down one of the absolute best that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity to past injuries, while also being able to find the smallest knots that I didn't know where there, has been simply amazing for me. I leave every session feeling energized, more focused and healthier. When I get back home my wife even says I look younger and more alive. I highly recommend her!

Olivia was fantastic. I expressed exactly what was bothering me and she was super attentive and detailed with my body. I would highly recommend her as a therapist! Healing Hippie is a real gem and Hampstead is lucky to have them.

Amanda gave me great Thai massage using an adjustable table that made it easy to navigate positions. She really helped loosen up my artificial joints and fusions so I can return to regular exercise.. Looking forward to seeing her again next month.

First Time with a Thai Massage - I'm a fan for sure. Noel was great at explaining things and made me feel comfortable with the experience. I recommend this is you like deep intense massages. I was sore that night, but felt awesome the next day!

Alametris is such a professional experienced massage therapist. I am so Impressed with her skill and ability to locate hot spots a relieve them. Her massage is very comparable to a Thai massage. You will be pleasantly very Surprised when you have a massage from Alametris! Thank you!!!

This was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had - and I’ve had many. She focused on all of the trouble areas and released the discomfort I had going in. Slow but firm pressure- very effective and relaxing. I’ll be back!
