I’ve used Katie for a long time for my treatments she is so professional at what she does. The warm welcome you receive throughout your appointment is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else other than Katie for skincare and beauty treatments 10/10

My first visit to Ponteland Thai spa on Sunday and I am looking forward to going back soon. Due to tension across the neck and shoulders I was struggling to turn my head Immediately after treatment I felt a relief and deep relaxation in the muscles. I had a 90 minute deep tissue Thai massage . The spa is warm clean and inviting and the therapist Chun ( please forgive me if I have your name incorrect) was absolutely wonderful very professional and really able to relieve tension in the muscles with her technique. Today I feel much lighter with better movement thank you so much. Thank you

Truly the most exceptional massage experience. Nicola is the most attentive and skilled practitioner I’ve ever gone to, I truly come out feeling so much better every time. I’ve never felt compelled to book massages regularly but Nicola is a miracle worker! Thank you so much i

Anna is lovely, started with a neck and shoulder massage, then legs with acupressure to my feet. A lovely face massage with the most delightful orange scented oil. I would definitely recommend.

Wanida and Chom are absolutely fantastic at what they do! Their massages and body scrubs are always amazing, and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and the quality, care, and professionalism are consistently outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would never change! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly wonderful experience. ❤️

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗
