Always a great experience weather it be a facial ,reki ,massage or lymphatic you come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. some added personal wee touches like heated eye mask and bottle of water,making you feel relaxed and hydrated ,would definitely recommend. I had the lymphatic with wood therapy for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Wow! Even with the lymphatic technique and tools I still felt so relaxed enough to drift off. I have these previously at different places and have never felt so relaxed. I could instantly feel a difference in the bloat and feel so much better. Especially about going on holiday and being in a bikini! I will definitely be booking again for the same treatment. Thanks so much
