This was my first sports massage, l have suffered with chronic back and hip pain for many years and more recently awful foot pain. Three days after my session all of my pain had significantly reduced and today, five days later l still feel good. I would say my pain is 80% improved which has had an amazing impact on my life, l'm not limping around work and I am sleeping at night. I would highly recommend this therapy.

I’ve lived with this for many years and tried various treatments, but even after just one appointment my back feels much freer and my range of movement has improved significantly.
