First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

We booked a full body Swedish massage for couples. We have been to various spas for massage and the Mansion Spa is one of the best experiences so far. Beds are heated, large and comfortable. The building g us nicely decorated and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself lasted 1.5 hours and it was great. The therapist has done a great and very thorough job on my back which is very knotty. My husband and I both felt relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back again.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. I loved how she is confident and loving her job-which made the waxing experience perfect! Absolutely fantastic massage technique. Thoughtful in all aspects eg. If I’m feeling cold/ nose got blocked, Lana picked up on this and immediately tried to fix it. Maintained good pressure throughout treatment, I thoroughly enjoyed the Swedish massage. Absolutely brilliant thank you.
