Trust me when I say I’m an incredibly fussy client. I’ve tried barbershops all over Johannesburg and I have never been satisfied until I met Chad. This guy is next level when it comes to barbering and styling. He will go out of his way to ensure you’re satisfied. I insisted on having my beard shape mapped to suit my facial shape. He did it! Extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and service.

Bolton House in Rosebank and Hello Lifestyle magazine provided a day of pure indulgence. I was pampered with a haircut, a soothing hot towel shave, a refreshing facial, a tension-relieving back-neck-shoulder massage, and a blissful head massage. To top it off, I enjoyed a manicure and pedicure combo while sipping on a glass of whiskey. It was an experience that left me feeling utterly spoiled and comes highly recommended. Malusi is great at what he does, please make sure to ask for him.

Kezia is amazing. Her attention to detail is rare, and it's a testament to her genuine care for her clients. Being in her chair is therapeutic, and worth every cent.

Sharon gave me great service, her scalp massages are 100%. I was exhausted and my energy levels were very low, however she never fed from my energy and I really appreciate that. Since I was working, she offered me a polar fleece, actually insisted 😂 on it as she advised how cold the salon is. I enjoyed being around her, just wish to come when I'm much better.

Vaida was super friendly and the laser treatments have really paid off - my hair growth rate has slowed down noticeably. Great results!

I usually never review, but I felt as though the entire team at Bolton House deserves their flowers. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality - something which, from our experience, hasn’t happened too often during our stay in Johannesburg. Our stylist, Chad, as well as the owner both seemed to value the customer experience just as much as the quality of their product, which was superb. They are good people. Would highly recommend if you are visiting/staying in Rosebank!

All I can say is 👌. First time doing my hair there and I am definitely will call again. The service you get from the receptionist, tthe environment, very seren ,my hairdresser, and the pricing it's worth every cent.I am hopefully that my hair will be restored. When the say "wash" it's wash with a massage not a rinse.
