I had a fantastic experience today at the salon. I had booked a massage but not sure which one would benefit me. Shabana asked me question and with her expertise offered me a hot stone massage. I was experiencing tightness in my shoulders, neck and back which was getting worse each day. I can honestly say that I left the salon feeling so much better and no longer felt as if I was carrying the world on my back. The experience was so nice, calming and would recommend Shabana and the salon to everyone. I am so looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

Kelly is always fantastic. I had 30 minutes tailored massage and asked for a back neck and shoulders, paying particular attention to my right shoulder. Afterwards I had full movement again and it was such a relief to not be in pain! Booking again next week

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. I went for a pregnancy massage having booked only a few hours before. Today’s been a sore and anxious day all round. Felt like I needed some me time to get rid of the tension and help me relax. Honestly I feel amazing now. Like I might actually be able to relax and sleep tonight. Great massage, perfect pressure to suit (medium) and it even started off with a few minutes of relaxation breathing exercises. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant treatment in the comfort of my own home for our annual girls day. Our normal annual spa day away could not happen this year due to me breast feeding, so we decided to recreate on a spa day at home. Kelly was very professional and flexible around all of us and the baby. It was one of the best massages I have had. Will be visiting her studio for more treatments soon!!
