Lovely experience with my first lymphatic massage. Terry was incredibly intentional and caring - left me feeling very healed. The whole space is a tiny oasis. Will come back!

I had a lovely experience with Yuko! Her headspa treatment was so relaxing, and the massage was much needed. She is warm and lovely, and was careful to explain every step clearly. I left with a great haircut and my hair looks incredibly shiny and healthy :) thank you very much Yuko :)

Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

I had a lovely experience of Japanese head Spa. My therapist was very attentive, very kind and skilled. She gave me really relaxing head Massage. My hair was washed with amazing shampoo, then even more amazing conditioner applied, finished with beautiful blow dry and oil. The salon was very modern and clean. Other stuff that greeted me and served my tea, and helped to blow dry – were all really great and attentive. The only complaint I have is lack of Japanese head spa shower – that looks like a moving sprinkles over your hair. I was hoping to experience that, but everything else was top notc

Nicky was excellent so the 5* is for him. However the room was VERY noisy. Might as well have had the massage in reception. There needs to be a total rethink of how to deal with noise in the space. I could hear everything and zero attempt for staff to keep the noise down. At one point for about 10 mins I had to lie listening to a kid making lots of noise as well as hearing every person arrive and general chat. I think quiet is essential for a massage and I would 100% expect that when booking a massage anywhere so although Nicky is a definite 5* for the rest of the experience I’d give it 1*

The venue is very luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists. My masseur was equally friendly and polite. He saw me on time. He gave me a massage that was suitable to my physical ailments and ensured that the massage was at the pressure that I wanted. Afterwards I made use of their array of spa facilities. I used their dry and wet saunas, their Moroccan steam room, their jacuzzi and their salt room. So, overall because of the venue, the staff, my masseur and the array of spa facilities I would highly recommend this spa venue to anybody.

So nice/welcoming/relaxing! The staff was lovely, the space beautiful and the massage itself was excellent; making my slightly tight upper back and neck muscles feel all supple again. I will 100% book again!

There was a a delay as my therapist wasn’t feeling well. All fine, the therapist who stepped in (Simon) was amazing, massage was perfect and he was very intentional and responded perfectly to my body and knew when to apply more or less pressure. Conversation level was great, we chatted which is my preference but he also left space for silence when I needed to focus on my breathing and centre myself. I asked for feedback as we went to understand problem areas which he provided throughout. The team also offered a discount for the delay at the beginning. 10/10 experience overall ♥️

This was the second time Hero did my head spa. It was amazing and everyone here is just so lovely. The small touches really make it a lovely experience. Hero did a full scalp and hair analysis and talked me through each step of the spa. I cannot recommend it enough-the head massage is just so relaxing and you get a neck and shoulder massage too.

It was my first visit. And I am surprised. Master Hiroki was very gentle with the massage and hair spa. I had a deep relaxation all day. I'm also very happy with my haircut. Easy to style and looks nice. I think I've found my place; highly recommended.

The best massage experience I ever had! Environment and space are really nice, quite and peaceful. At your arrival they offer you drinks and make you choose music and oil. Ayanna, my therapist was absolutely amazing! We had a quit chat, asked me if there were any specific areas I wanted to focus and when she started she could perfectly understand my body. I feel so relaxed and my body feels so much better. Thank you! Highly recommended!

I had the best experience of head spa with Hiroki. He was certainly the best in his work. From treatment to massage. After the spa. He gave me shoulder massage too. Which released all my weeks stress nd exhaustion. Highly recommended. It was very reasonable nd value for money for good too. Definitely once in a month or twice if pocket allows. Lol.

I had the most amazing head spa! First Taiki carefully analysed my scalp and hair and then explained what treatments he was going to us. The treatment was so relaxing, Taiki has magic hands and the massage was great. My hair hasn’t felt this good in a long time. I will be coming back again. Thankyou so much.

Joey was really great and delivered exactly what I wanted for my haircut. He was very detailed in his craft and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Also really good hair wash and massage by assistant (sorry I didn’t get his name but he had bleached blonde hair!). Will definitely book again, thank you!

Have had my hair cut by Martin and Vanessa for a few years now and have always been happy with the results! So nice to visit the new space. Martin is incredibly skilled, thoughtful and friendly. The shoulder massage at the end was also an unexpected bonus!

Staff were super friendly. Spa area is spacious and has all the amenities you could hope for. My partner described it as the best massage of his life. So happy we've already booked our next appointments.

Nice little spa with a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, banya and salt cave. There is also a small moroccan steam chamber if you want to have a private scrub experience. I had a deep tissue massage with Rosa and she was truly amazing. She applied the right pressure exactly in areas I needed the most. My partner had a lovely therapist too. We were also provided a complementary glass of bubbly which was a nice addition to the whole experience. Would recommend going with a friend.

We really enjoyed our experience. We had a massage and body scrub with Alex and Rosa who were both great. The spa has a boutique feel. Great location
