I bought a hydro facial coupon on Groupon and used it today. This is one of the best experience I’ve had so far from Groupon purchases. The appointment was about 1.5 hours. Half an hour with a lady who analyzed my skin and gave me some good maintenance suggestions. The facial was about an hour long. The lady performed a thorough clean and a very relaxing massage. The cooling mask at the end was very soothing. Overall it was an excellent experience. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

As always, Kseniia did an amazing mani. All the staff are so welcoming. I last had my nails done 7 weeks prior, was away, and although my nails grew, the gel did not lift or chip, they were perfect. I cant recommend enough. Do not hesitate to make a booking. You will not regret

A fabulous experience at queen spa. Today was our first visit and we were warmly welcomed and given water and shown to the world’s comfiest massage chairs (more like massage sofas!). My friend and I had booked in for a 40 minute foot massage and when it was over asked if we could stay for another 40 minutes it was such a great massage and we were given eye masks and blankets and were fully looked after. I look forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks. Thank you queen spa!

Lydia was professional and gentle, always checking in to see if I was comfortable. My complexion looks a lot clearer, and the head massage was a nice touch for relaxation. Wow, this is the best deal I bought on Groupon. All the staff at Lumiere were very courteous and helpful with all my skin enquiries. The pre-consultation was very thorough and informative without being pushy at all. The treatment itself was much more than I expected, starting with a glorious head and neck massage and relaxing cleanse and moisture treatment. The ipl was intense as you'd expect it to be, followed by a very soothing and refreshing hydration mask. I'm so happy with my experience that I've already rebooked my next appointment!
