The place is very quiet and helps to relax and meditate. I’ve tried great fresh up treatments, starting from the Morocco bath and Swedish massage with the best professional Mehdi, for nails treatments Rahul nd Hoa the are treat the nails like an art. The owner babak taking care of all his clients and he’s following always his great staff. Highly recommended place ether for men or women in Alsultana spa. Y’ll have to try it..

great but it was super busy and the relaxation lounge had people waiting for their massage in their clothes still so there was alot of talking, conversation and people on phones. I wish there were stricter rules to maintain a calm quiet environment to ease in and eas out of my spa experience

The massage was one of the best I had! Ayoo was an amazing therapist. However, I was very disappointed that the relaxing lounge was not segregated as required; during my visit I saw a man who came in and could view the entire women relaxing area. As a hijab-observant woman, this ruined my overall experience at the spa, and makes think twice about visiting again. I have already raised this comment to the reception at checkout, but I hope that something could be done regarding this incident so that it doesn’t happen again.

I was happy for my nailsby kajul and zeny they gave time to clean and comfortable the costumerthey gave an extra complementary like massage design, the place is clean and standard, This is my saloon and spa specially for my nails.. morocan and massage.. The price is lil higher..

Came in for a full relax for my first day of the month but also a happy one month living in Dubai gift to myself! Lady who did my massage was super lovely, caring and great at what she does! I came out feeling so dazed because I was so relaxed in the 90 minute massage. Amazing! However the other lady who was doing most of the reception stuff, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was not warm or welcoming. To be honest, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and definitely shouldn’t be in customer service especially in a spa setting. Was not a great start nor end to the massage.

I loved sasa's style - my hair cut looks nice and chic and he makes me look smart. The colour was nothing too different but that was more because I refused to experiment. The girl who applied the colour was not careful about the colour getting to my forehead skin so they must be careful about that. They have a complementary hand massage while the hair colour is applied so that's amazing. I also enjoyed a foot massage for 30 min - paid for - and the Indian girl Raman was amazing. Their coffee is very good. Great Italian vibe - but a costly affair for a cut colour and blowdry.
