I had a wonderful relaxation massage with Bianca. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. Bianca explained that the therapeutic background music wasn't working that day, but honestly, it didn't detract from the experience at all. Her calming presence and excellent technique made the massage so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. I had such a lovely experience today, from the moment I walked in I was instantly relaxed and greeted with warmth! The relaxation massage was incredible and the red light therapy was super relaxing. Today I had my first appointment at Body D Tox and met Carmel, who was my therapist for the day. From the moment I arrived, Carmel had such a calming and positive energy that immediately made me feel relaxed and excited for my treatments. I booked in for a massage followed by Reiki, which was my very first Reiki experience. Carmel delivered one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. It was incredibly relaxing while also targeting the areas in my back that really needed and learning reiki I’ll definitely be coming back to see Carmel and the wonderful team at Body D Tox. Highly recommend.

Just tried the Ionic Foot Detox for the first time. I honestly didn’t know what to expect… but I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and strangely refreshed. Helen has been my therapist for several months, commencing MLD post-op. The results have been incredible helping with swelling, definition & overall health & well-being.
