Such a great experience. I took a relaxation massage with Emily, she was the best, she asked me what I needed , how I feel, and she did such a wonderful job with my back.. thanks Emily. Then the bathouse experience.. the place is so beautiful, relaxing and calming. They offered us water and the sauna and ice bath were so clean. The girls are reception were so welcome and nice with me. Thank you Debi for your service and helpfull. Definitly I’m goona repeat soon.

A visit to Comma Byron Bay is an affordable luxury that I’ve allowed myself several times and I'm not even a local. I keep getting the same treatment because it’s pure heaven. (Calm Visage facial) I hope it’s on the menu forever. Their new(ish) location is so beautiful as are the staff. I can’t fault it. 🩷Comma

Clean, perfect size, chilled out and everything is just right! The cold plunge is awesome, jet magnesium soak, and dry saunas are all the perfect temp. Non-pretentious and very enjoyable. Feel super relaxed. Highly recommend!

I was warmly met by a lovely receptionist who explained everything at The Boathouse . I really enjoyed the facilities. I had an absolutely amazing body massage . Molly has healing hands & knew exactly what pressure to apply. I would give this little gem a full 5 ⭐️A lovely way to spend a rainy afternoon in Byron Bay.

I had a pregnancy massage with Aesha and it was the most amazing treatment. I didn’t think I had any pain points but she definitely found them all! It was the perfect balance between remedial and relaxation. Thank you very much! Only regret is that we don’t have enough time this trip to Byron Bay to book another one in!

The Bathhouse at The Health Lodge, Byron Bay As someone with 25+ years in health and wellness, I can confidently say this is one of the best. A truly pure, chemical-free space — no chlorine anywhere, which is essential if you're managing illness or prioritising healing. The facilities are beautifully designed and spacious, with professional, warm staff. The infrared sauna offers three temperature options, and the red light therapy is excellent. Wonderful relaxing few hours on an inclement byron bay day. The infra-red sauna, dip in the ice baths and soak in the mineral bath set us up for a fsbuloud massage. All tension melted away. Lightly recommended

Our visit to Byron Bay Bath house was a birthday treat for my husband & myself from our daughter & her partner. We both enjoyed our deep tissue massage, immensely and the follow on experiences of infra red therapy, sauna, ice plunge pool & magnesium jacuzzi. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Kahuna massage at the Byron Bay Bathhouse, and I can't recommend it enough! My masseuse, Tanya, was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the treatment room, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was serene, with a lovely coolness and soothing music that complemented the entire experience. Tanya's technique was nothing short of magical. The flow of the massage was deeply relaxing, each movement felt intentional and nurturing. I can’t wait to return for another session soon!

The Spa/Infrared Sauna/Cold-dip set-up is very well thought out. Simple, clean, gently yet efficiently run and so very, very healing. The space is beautiful and, despite traffic running by behind the white wall, feels like a jungle paradise. The traffic noise disappears when the zen zone kicks in, which it does. Elena is a magnificent Masseuse with multi-layered skills. She listened to what I felt I needed and attended to all of it with a steady, relaxed and thorough, nuanced technique. Elena’s magic was most evident as all the above came together in resetting my lost path. I saw my return.
