Selena was lovely. I especially liked that she discussed the plan with me ahead of time so I knew what to expect. The massage itself was great - she was very attentive to my areas of concern and I feel so much better. I will be booking with her again!

This was my first session with Selena. We took the time to review my needs, likes, dislikes and consent before the session. The communication continued as needed through the session as well. I definitely appreciated the approach and help with my sore shoulder. The added heat pack was very comforting. Looking forward to the next visit.

Had a 2 hour session with T. She did a great job really getting into the muscle to work out any aches and knots that were there. Would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of those lingering aches and pains.

I am writing this 24 hours after my treatment. I want to report that I felt super all day yesterday - felt like I was back. I could do my usual things - walking, etc. I had a bit of pain later in the night but nothing that lasted. -- I know I can't go off and run a marathon or whatever, but it was amazing how truly improved I felt during the day yesterday and even into today. ---- I hope you have a good holiday weekend. Can't say enough good things about my prenatal massage with Sid today. I had such a good experience and cannot want to come back. I felt like Sid actually cared about the experience I had and checked in with me about the pressure to make sure everything was just right. Every time I've come to Body Kneads I have had a truly wonderful experience, not just with the massage but in the overall environment and all the folks who work here. I'd give ten stars if I could.

As I indicated with the stars above, my experience with Jason was "great" - as in, excellent! I am an older person with a lot of "issues" in my tissues, so his working on my was an welcome experience. Jason knew exactly how to navigate my troubled spots.
