Charlotte is so lovely & her new Retreat is such a beautiful space. Felt so relaxed during my pregnancy massage I’m pretty certain I was asleep at the end 💕

I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

bsolutely loved my experience at In Touch! The atmosphere is so peaceful and Charlotte is incredibly warm and welcoming. I went in feeling quite anxious and left feeling completely calm and relaxed. I may even have snored! 😂 She listened to how I was feeling physically and emotionally and tailored the massage to my needs. I felt so connected to my baby during the treatment. She even researched suitable oils due to my high-risk pregnancy, which I really appreciated. The little goodie bag was such a sweet touch too! I can’t recommend her enough and I’m already looking forward to booking again!

It was a very relaxing start to the week! Charlotte was so lovely and accommodating. My 16 week old boy came with me and Charlotte helped ensure we were both comfortable throughout the session, including tailoring the massage when he needed a cuddle. The tension in my shoulders feels so much better. Would definitely recommend The retreat to any new mums.

Excellent! I came for a c section scar massage. Charlotte was really welcoming and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Obviously very knowledgable and given me lots of support with how to care for my scar in the future.

A gorgeous experience from start to finish. The treatment room is beautifully tranquil, and I left my massage feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I may have even drifted off momentarily as it was just so relaxing. Would recommend to any expectant mums - at 35 weeks I was made to feel so comfortable and looked after.

I have a fabulous appointment today with Charlotte, The Retreat is such a calm, welcoming space. It was my second C-section scar appointment and there has been so much improvement already, the advice and care given by Charlotte is amazing. This was then followed by an incredible back massage. I left feeling like a new woman, thank you!

Charlotte is so welcoming. The retreat really is a beautiful place to relax. I love the fact I could bring my baby in those early post partum days. Today I left my baby at home with my mum. It is the first time I’ve managed to switch off completely in months. I am so grateful I found this place!

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!
