Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back! Thank you Ellen :)

Such an amazing massage! Lizzy is clearly really experienced, knowledgeable and intuitive - she was able to find all my sore bits whilst also managing to made it a really relaxing experience. I will be back for sure 😊

Always a joy to visit. Jordan is efficient, knowledgeable and always pleasant, explaining everything that hes doing and allowing the client to relax and enjoy the whole procedure. He's more than happy to discuss any concerns and if necessary find alternative options. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Will most definitely be booking in another one soon. Thanks Basia :)

I am always delighted with my sessions with Ellen, she is so helpful and easy to talk to (even about things I find embarrassing!) and her herbal knowledge is incredible. I have noticed such huge improvements in my mental and physical health, and general quality of life since starting my treatments and I really look forward my regular appointment. Great experience. Laura really took the time to listen and tailored the treatment to what I needed. The space feels calm and relaxing, and parking is straightforward (which makes a big difference). Would definitely recommend.

Amy is a talented and knowledgeable masseuse. I experienced pain relief after one treatment for repetive strain in my arms/ hands and a painful knee that prevented me from sleeping. I have just had my 2nd treatment and am looking forward to the positive after effects.
