Great service from the moment I arrived, I had a consult with Teresa, and she was awesome. Very informative and explained each step and gentle also. I’ve been seeing Sophie monthly for about 3–4 years now, and she is truly exceptional. Every session is a proper workout for my body — she keeps everything in check and always knows exactly what I need. The lymphatic drainage massage was so blissful. The gentle massage of the lymph system was incredibly relaxing. I felt supported and nourished throughout the session which incorporated breath-work. I highly recommend this style of massage therapy as a regular practice to assist with overall health and wellbeing. Angela’s sessions are calm and grounded, and I always leave feeling amazing.

I had my first hijama session today and it was a great experience. Iman was very informative, professional, and took the time to explain the process, making me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I left feeling well looked after. I would definitely recommend Iman to anyone considering hijama.

I had an amazing remedial massage with Ange. She relieved so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back — I felt noticeably better straight after the session. Ange is incredibly skilled at what she does and also makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The space itself is welcoming and calming, which makes the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another session and highly recommend her!

I had a combo of a deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders and back as well as a lymphatic massage and both were excellent. I’m a regular and Sophie is always professional, attentive, and really focuses on the areas causing tension. I’m always left feeling looser and more relaxed in my neck, shoulders and back. The clinic is always clean and calming. I highly recommend a visit!
