I tried a Japanese head spa for the first time with Saffron and it was incredible! The scalp massage was so relaxing and left my hair soft, light, and refreshed. Saffron was welcoming, the atmosphere was calming, and I even felt less tension in my neck and shoulders afterward. Yan is amazing and has changed my life! She helps so much with managing my chronic conditions and pain. I would absolutely recommend her for both acupressure massage and acupuncture. She is so experienced and knowledgeable and my husband calls her a miracle worker because of how much she has helped me!

Once again Liz has worked her magic. After been told I couldn't have a treatment of a facial due to being on chemo therapy. Even though I told them I am on it for life as its terminal. Liz understands that my wellbeing is more important than anything to make sure I relax and enjoy my time with her. She did a luxury facial and shoulder and neck massage as I am tense all the time. It also helps as she massages my arms where I have no lymph nodes and this takes the swelling down. I can highly recommend Liz for any treatment she is very knowledgeable and so understanding. Thankyou again Liz.

I came in with tightness from stress and too many late nights on the laptop – my head, eyes, neck and shoulders all felt heavy and restricted. After today’s massage, I feel so much looser and lighter, with pressure eased and movement returning. Yan really knows how to release tension in the right spots. A very friendly welcome and chat about what I was expecting. A short medical information form filled out and discussed prior to treatment. Massage was medium to firm and very relaxing and will be going back as it is long overdue.

I had a 2-hour TCM treatment with Yan today. She tailored the whole session for me with massage, acupuncture, moxa moving cupping. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain and poor blood circulation in my legs, which often causes swelling. After the treatment, I felt so much lighter and more relaxed. I’m sure I’ll sleep really well tonight! Highly recommend!
