Easy to find and tons of parking. Spa is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. Helena is a master at her trade and the facial I had was thorough, meticulously performed and very relaxing. I have previously had massages, which were also exceptional. I have been many times before and will continue to go. Well worth the treat to yourself, regardless of the service.

Helena is amazing! She listened to my story and made me feel safe and not judged right from the beginning. It was my first time experience of the imprinting stuff. It was a very liberating moment. Jenna did an amazing job with my 90 min deep tissue massage. She was able to find all the knots and sore muscles and I felt like I had a whole body detox! My facial with Jessica was so relaxing that I fell asleep several times! Huge thank you to them both for a wonderful spa time.

Helena was amazing. The entire session from beginning to end I felt like I was in a safe space with no judgment. I had the somatic massage and imprinting done and I highly recommend everyone to experience this! And remember the massage portion is covered by insurance so it’s a win/win! Amy provided the best massage I've EVER had -- what an incredible experience. Only thing that could have made it better would be to end on the face/scalp massage. Facial was amazing as well, skin feels great the next day -- only thing would have been a bit smoother of an experience or communication with someone entering and leaving the room consistently.
