Totally what I needed and it surpassed my expectations. Grace’s thoughtful, considered approach made me feel I was in great hands with a lot of expertise. Grace guided me through the sports massage, answering my questions and giving me the whys and benefits behind each area worked on. I came away with knowledge of areas to work on too. Looking forward to another session! 10/10.

Fantastic! I have monthly massages to tackle specific issues as well as general training related niggles and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my flexibility and recovery times. Jordan is wonderful and his treatment room is warm inviting and sooo relaxing! Can't wait to come back

Grace pays much attention to the details and is sympathetic both physically and mentally. She has an assurance that means she tackles the root of the problem. It’s not always comfortable at the time but it is definitely worth it. Follow her advice!

First visit with Jordan. I found him to be a very knowledgeable guy, great at listening to issues I have and working out a plan for me to move forward. Lovely clean and fresh place. Great experience and would highly recommend him.

Everyone is different but the knowledge Jordan has is unbelievable every single time Jordan has hit the spot a fixed me my back x2 my knee 3-4 times my shoulder x2. And knots lost count. I would not go anywhere else. And Jordan is passionate about his jobs. 💯👍👌🌟
