Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Gav checks before he starts any areas of concern then tailors his massage to address them. He checks all through massage that you are feeling right effect. Came away feeling that my niggles had been addressed and future massages would be working to build in good work done

Gav has been brilliant. Very knowledgeable very passionate about his work and really goes into depth when explaining what's going on with your particular injury. Mine being lower back and he's shown me the particular muscle and he's explained where its all connected to and how due to the injury I've compensated and created disharmony in my bio mechanics. He's went above and beyond with the recovery programme and after 3 days I've noticed a massive shift. So 2 sessions with Gav and 3 days of his recovery programme am now feeling I'm on the right track to getting sorted and back to full training

Just had results of my MRI scan last month.Several issues but no operation Will repair all issues. Sent results to Gav and has gave me a full rehab exercises for my knee to get me back doing a little running and ready for hyrox in march if my knee is up to it Would recommend Gav for physio/ rehab etc .Has great knowledge and average patter.

Have been to Gavin for several different injuries over last few months.He has help really well with all of them .Has good knowledge and average patter Best advice I could give to anyone with a niggle of and injury or soreness get booked in asap it will honestly help long term with your fitness and health Less time on the couch more time in the gym

The best sports massage I’ve had, knots where found I didn’t know I had them, knowledgeable and great at what he does, would highly recommend.

Was in today to see Gav for a sports massage and a follow up for a niggle in my shoulder. Once again I’ve left feeling great and much more range of movement. Gav is superb at what he dose and his knowledge in his field is second to none! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible sports massage, had been suffering for months beforehand and Gavin was able to identify a number of issues in the first session and start working through them. He made me feel really comfortable during what can be an uncomfortable experience. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I was really nervous about having my first sports massage but had a really sore back preventing me from training, doctor had given me muscle relaxants and painkillers which weren't helping. Gav made me feel so comfortable and explained everything he was doing and where my injury was coming from. I can't believe the difference after just an hour and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend Gav to anyone with any niggles or injuries

Sports massage was very good and all aspects of helping recovery had an impact. Advice on rehab exercises was also very good. Would definitely recommend!
