Booked a sports massage for my son who felt a huge benefit afterwards. Put him at ease straight away. Really helpful and knowledgeable about his existing injuries, and provided great advice. Thanks again.

A really great deep tissue/sports massage fron Pablo. I had a lot of tight essentials in my back, neck and shoulders and Pablo did a brilliant job of working it all out. Left feeling like a new man!

The best I can say is you go in with pain and come out walking on air. Lovely clean studio and great chat. Kara is a genius.

Fantastic experience. I'd been seriously debilitated by neck and shoulder pain for a fortnight. Nico sorted it out within an hour. Best money I've spent in a long time.

Best massage I’ve ever had! I walked out of the room, struggling to keep my eyes open. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed and I woke up the next day with no aches or pains.

As an elite CrossFit athlete, I put my body through intense training every day, so having the right physio is essential. Kara has been a game-changer for my recovery and performance. She quickly finds the root cause of issues, not just the symptoms, and every session is focused and effective. I always leave moving better and stronger. She understands athletes and keeps me progressing safely. I trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I went in with a very painful shoulder and was carrying a huge amount of tension in my back and shoulders. The treatment was excellent, and I noticed a difference straight away. By the time I left, my back and shoulders felt so much lighter, as if a weight had been lifted off them. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really focused on the areas that needed work. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with much less pain and stiffness. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with muscle tension or discomfort. Thank you for such a great experience!
