Had an amazing and very educational session with Abz today at Align&Thrive. He’s extremely professional and very welcoming, we had a great detailed consultation and discussed my issues and concerns. We talked and discussed throughout the whole treatment about reasons behind my issues and lifestyle choices. Overall I had a lovely experience and for my first ever chiropractic session, I’ll defiantly be coming back!

I had another great session today with Abz. With each visit I have seen clear improvements. He treats the whole body as one rather than focusing just on single areas, which is why other physiotherapists and chiropractors I’ve been to have not been able to resolve my issues. He also gives me clear tasks and on point exercises I need to do to help maintain my improvements and strengthen my joints/muscles in the right places. I highly recommend to anyone especially those who have tried other practitioners but seen few improvements by the end of their treatment program.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. He immediately put me at ease and explained my issues in a way that was easy to understand. During the session, he identified problem areas I wasn’t aware of, including that one of my legs was shorter than the other, and worked on correcting my alignment. His knowledge and attention to detail were impressive. I’ve already booked more sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and professional chiropractor.

The gentleman who has helped my 88 year old mother, was extremely skillful, patient, and understanding. He made conversation, which is nice, not just with my mother but with me and my wife. He certainly knows what he's doing. My mother was suffering from extremely painful shooting pain down her leg and after 5 sessions, my mum feels great, walks very well and faster, standing up more straight and feels no pain. Couldn't ask for a better result. Thanks
