Josefa made me feel very relaxed throughout the massage. She paid special attention to troublesome areas I had highlighted and I felt so much lighter by the end of the deep sports massage.

This was my third visit to Josefa and my first time at her new space in Dalhousie Wellness Hub. She did not disappoint. I arrived with shoulder pain and a collection of ski related aches and pains and left feeling completely pain free. Josefa really listens and seems to know exactly what to do. The new venue is calm, quiet and genuinely relaxing, which I really appreciated. Walking out relaxed and pain free is the best feeling. Already looking forward to my next visit now that I know exactly where she is.
