Great and well needed sports massage. Alex was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She was knowledgable and very good at tailoring the massage to meet my needs. 100% would recommend and I’ll be a returning customer. Thanks

Really welcoming experience with Zac, he listened to my concerns and reasons for needing a sports massage, and then worked me through the different muscle groups from neck/shoulders, down into my legs. A really nice experience and I feel great! Thank you 🤗

Zac was great! Listened to what my problem areas were and worked on them really well, checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I've come away feeling a lot lighter with so much less tension than before going in. So much better than other massages I've had previously, Zac really worked to target problem areas. Will absolutely be returning!

My 2nd visit since being recommended by a running friend to visit Xela and yet again I will 100% be back, when you find someone who listens, responds and gives an excellent treatment and advice it is so very much appreciated. Whether you are in need of sports treatment, relaxation, attention for specific issues, Xela will have you covered and recovered. Thanks Alex for a fabulous sports massage and for sorting out specifically my left shoulder and left leg! Feeling much lighter today.

Alex is lovely. Don't let her immaculate looks and petite frame fool you. She really does know how to work those knots. You literally feel them pop and untangle.

"I can’t recommend Zac enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain or performance-related issues. As a musician, my career relies heavily on my physical health, but I had been struggling with persistent shoulder issues that were starting to affect my playing. Zac’s approach is incredibly thorough; he doesn’t just treat the symptoms but takes the time to explain the anatomy and mechanics behind why the issue is happening. His informative guidance has given me a much deeper understanding of how to manage my posture and health long-term. Brilliant
