I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. Can’t thank Abbie and Gus enough, they definitely do know their stuff, If anyone needs a Physio or even just a sports massage go to injury Mechanics, you won’t be disappointed.

Whilst I’ve had sports massage in the past, it was my first time visiting SB massage. My appointment was with Katie who did a really great job. I’d had a sore shoulder from the gym which has been getting progressively worse, in addition I’ve been really tight from my full time desk job but, Katie worked wonders and I’ve come away feeling much better and having already booked my next appointment with her again!
