Fiona did a fantastic job of my mani and pedicure and then managed to fit me in for a massage for my shoulders and calf muscles which were suffering from being overenthusiastic in a spinning class. When she had finished my shoulders and legs felt so much better and ready for gym next day . Great job all round

First time having a facial, the salon was very relaxing and calm besides gorgeous. Fiona talked me through everything and was very professional . I was unsure of my skin beforehand, however the results are amazing my skin is glowing and now know a better routine. I couldn’t recommend enough 🩷

Fantastic - my first sports massage but won’t be my last. The room was quiet and private Naomi was great listened to what I needed and delivered exactly what I needed. Thank you!

This was my first experience of a sports massage, it did feel a little uncomfortable during the massage, but the results are amazing I can move around more freely & my shoulders aren’t aching. Thank you!

She has already improved my posture and shoulder stiffness and I'm continuing the gentle stretching exercise she has recommended. Another good massage today, Naomi is very knowledgeable regards different health aspects and implements this knowledge into my sessions, shoulder pain easing after years of discomfort, highly recommend.

I was a little apprehensive re visiting a masseur but it was a genuinely good experience and I felt significantly better after just one sports massage session. I have booked my next session already and also booked my partner in for one too.
