Very thorough and professional initial review. Caitlin made me feeling I was in very capable hands I have had several years of pain in my shoulder following surgery more than 7 years ago. Caitlin gave me a fantastic massage with trigger point therapy and I have to say I feel brilliant. My shoulder feels amazing, less tight, and less pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caitlin.

I have been going to her for a while now, as I have had the worst neck pain and since seeing her it has definitely improved the pain a lot!, she is very knowledgeable about the body, and will be tailoring the experience to you and your needs! I’ve had quite a few massages with Caitlin but this was the first remedial massage. She was very focused on finding problem areas, asking questions and working on the issue. I feel that the remedial massage was exactly what my body needed yesterday.

Caitlin is excellent. She took the time to talk through any injuries or sore areas and also considers what might be causing those areas to be tight or sore. Caitlin checks in to make sure pressure is ok and provides a comfortable space to be able to enjoy the massage. I always feel so relaxed during the massage and because of her massages I have recovered quicker from weight sessions and injuries. Caitlin is also very calm and approachable making the experience that much more amazing.
