I had a full body massage with Julia today. It was exactly what I needed. All the tension and stress is gone. The back massage was the perfect amount of pressure. I didn't realise how tight my calves were but after a good massage the knots are gone and I feel lovely and relaxed. Thanks Julia

I woke up this morning and couldn’t move my neck at all, not sure if I’d injured it in my sleep but after a deep tissue massage and first time getting the cupping done I left being able to move my neck freely and with the release of A LOT of tension! Charlotte is very knowledgeable on massage therapy techniques, she gave me options of treatments deep tissue/sports and dry cup therapy, to suit my muscle issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, no matter wether it's relax massage to the sports therapy. Great massage therapist all round.
