I had such a lovely massage today and it was honestly a beautiful experience from start to finish. Carmen was so warm, kind and attentive, paying attention to every little detail and making sure I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout. I regularly go to get my back treated by kara and what a difference its made. She has loosened up my back so well it makes my life alot easier working up on the roofs. I highly recommend kara to anyone that has issues with there back. Definitely the best around😁

So I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and I’m in chronic, chronic pain most minutes of almost every day😩 Therefor, massage is a massive part of self care, relief and ongoing wellbeing for me. Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!
