I had such a lovely facial today with Ruta and left feeling completely relaxed. My skin feels so soft, fresh and glowing. The treatment was tailored to my skin, and everything was explained clearly. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Booked in for a deep tissue this morning and had the pleasure of having Carly as my therapist for the massage. Oh. My. LORD!! Yes yes and yes!!!! Hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life!! (And I've had a lot of massages!). Nicky found knots I've had for years and really worked on them. I thought after all this time of having them, it wouldn't be possible to work them out (other masseuses have tried and failed!), but Nicky really got in there and made me feel so limber! I haven't felt this supple in years! I will 100% be back here as regularly as I can. The staff are so friendly and kind, and seem to know exactly what you need. I'm so happy to have found such an incredible massage place!
