Cher has an incredible knowledge of human anatomy, which translates very well through her therapy techniques. Having experienced many clinicians in the past, who have claimed to be able to offer a deep tissue Sports Massage, Cher is head and shoulders the best. She has an innate ability to pinpoint problem areas and release the tension, leaving you feeling like you could float out the room. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Really enjoyed the deep tissue massage, right amount of pressure and very relaxing. Only thing I would say is that the location is very well hidden unless you have been before, so could be better signposted.

Absolute great first session today with Cher, very knowledgeable and very good at her work, have had a few deep tissue massages in the past so knew what to expect and she did not disappoint, already feeling much looser and comfortable as had a few problem areas that have built up over time that I’ve neglected due to work, Booked in for my next session already and can’t wait, See you again soon 🙏🏼
