Suffering with alopecia its hard to be authentic but Lois has given me amazing results so much so I am now more confident to be myself and today gorgeous SUMMER 💓 was given my follicly challenged head to work on. Wow! These amazing people totally know what they are doing. I was a bit nervous giving my little head to another pair of hands. But I needent of worried. My treatment by SUMMER 💓 was just as amazing! Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always! Many more to come! - couldn’t recommend enough.

Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage and felt amazing afterwards! The therapist was skilled, ensuring just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and leave me completely refreshed. The whole experience was both relaxing and effective. I can only recommend it!

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Aar was really helpful with a muscle strain. Understood my aches and tried some flexion which eased a good bit of pain. Hes really knowledgable and has a lot of techniques for muscle relief
