I recently had a Reiki session with Michaela and it's been a really positive experience. I felt at ease and welcome from the start, and the session gave me the opportunity to properly switch off. Michaela creates a really calm environment and having left, I'm feeling clearer headed and balanced. I’d definitely recommend Michaela to anyone looking to take some time to reset. Will definitely return - and great to have this so local in Pontefract.

Had a lovely relaxing lympathic drainage massage with Agata. I have an inflammatory autoimmune disease and I've seen instant results today with less swelling in some of my key areas. My heavy thigh muscles have felt much lighter all day. Agata was really inquisitive and attentive to my medical condition. She was also very kind helping me on and off the bed. The heated bed felt amazing on my sore muscles. I will definitely be booking again soon.

Absolutely fantastic another superb neck, shoulder and back massage by michaela. You don't realise how tense your neck shoulders and back are until michaela gets to work with her massaging, wow all of the knots in my back and shoulders have gone and you feel brilliant. This is my 3rd visit now, and it’s become part of my health and wellbeing for lymphatic drainage massage. I’ve found it really helps manage my endometriosis and inflammation. Agata is lovely and welcoming, always provides a friendly smile and a wonderful professional service. The massage room is beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting.

Absolutely fantastic, I've just had a back, neck and shoulders massage with Michaela. I didn't realise how tense I was, but by the time Michaela had finished my massage WOW.....l was so relaxed and at ease,superb!
